Die Anreise nach Catania, dem Ausgangspunkt der Tour, erfolgte mit dem Flugzeug, von Deutschland aus.<\/p>\n<p>Um die Fahrzeiten zu den Ausflugszielen so kurz wie m\u00f6glich zu halten, habe ich Unterk\u00fcnfte in Ragusa, Cefal\u00fa, Nicolosi und Castelmola reserviert.<\/p>\n<p>Die beste Reisezeit f\u00fcr einen Urlaub auf der Insel ist zwischen Mai und Mitte Oktober. Ragusa ist eines der sehenswerten Barockst\u00e4dtchen im S\u00fcden der Insel, die zum Welterbe der UNESCO geh\u00f6ren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Frisch zubereitetes, leckeres Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck wird im angrenzenden Wintergarten serviert. Die Altstadt selbst kann man bequem zu Fu\u00df erkunden. Im Zentrum finden sich zahlreiche kleine L\u00e4den und Restaurants. Leider war das Wetter an diesem Tag nicht optimal, dennoch laden die Stra\u00dfen und Gassen auch hier zum Flanieren ein. Die dunkle Wolkendecke sorgt f\u00fcr eine einmalige Stimmung.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_13 et_pb_row et_block_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_15 et_pb_column Das Hotel liegt auf 2000 Metern H\u00f6he im Regionalpark des <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C3%84tna\">\u00c4tna<\/a>, welcher Teil des UNESCO Weltkulturerbes ist. Im hauseigenen Restaurant kann man ebenso lecker essen wie in einem der Restaurants im Ort.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zimmer sind verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig schlicht eingerichtet aber dennoch gem\u00fctlich. die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Insel im Mittelmeer ist ein Reiseziel, wo jeder auf seine Kosten kommt. Egal ob zum Wandern, Bergsteigen, am Strand liegen oder St\u00e4dte besichtigen, auf Sizilien kann man alles erleben.<\/p>\n<p>Auf Grund der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Insel und der zur\u00fcckzulegenden Distanzen empfiehlt es sich, mehrere Unterk\u00fcnfte zu buchen. Dies verk\u00fcrzt die Fahrzeiten erheblich.<\/p>\n<p>Ein besonders faszinierendes Abenteuer ist die Exkursion auf den \u00c4tna in Begleitung eines erfahrenen Vulkanf\u00fchrers. Die Wanderungen zu den Gipfelkratern k\u00f6nnen nur bei gutem Wetter stattfinden.
