The Bell UH1b<\/a> Iroquois (Huey) is a light multi-purpose helicopter that was extremely popular and successful in both military and civil use. In 1959 the first machines were manufactured and delivered. The main task was to rescue wounded people, but the Huey later had numerous other tasks. Today the Bell UH1 is a classic helicopter and a real rarity in the sky.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

The installation into the fuselage<\/a> of the Bell UH1b in 1:12 scale was done over the years 2013\/2014. For this purpose, the mechanics of the Ornit have been adapted to the requirements of the hull.<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

The fuselage itself has been completely redesigned. The existing paintwork was sanded, and countless rivets, antennas, mirrors, handles and holding rails were attached. The paintwork has been refreshed with the original colors.<\/p>\n

In addition, a true-to-size, scale cockpit<\/a> was implemented. The lighting is also properly installed according to the original.<\/p>\n

In addition, the model was equipped with a specially made, true-to-scale main and tail rotor head, manufactured by SK-Rotorkopf<\/a> from Germany. This special design allows the tail rotor speed to be adjusted independently of the main rotor using a second motor.
